What's Happening on Facebook

Students will learn basic tumbling fundamentals to build into stronger tumbling skills.  The classes will focus on drills that will improve skills, form, and body positions.  Students will be encouraged to set individual goals and create a plan for achieving their goals.  They will also concentrate on strength, balance, and flexibility, learning and training skills such as:

  • forward and backward rolls
  • jumps and kicks
  • cartwheels
  • round-offs
  • back handsprings
  • front flips
  • round-off back handsprings
  • back tucks
  • and more!
