Students will focus on the acrobatic elements of gymnastics, martial arts, and parkour.  The class will incorporate strength and agility training via obstacle course challenges.  Students will also tap into creative movement, body awareness, coordination, and motor-skill exercises that will provide a strong developmental base for any sport they may choose to pursue.  This class promotes general fitness, health, and well-being.  Exercises and skills may include:

  • stretching and conditioning
  • kicks and leaps
  • basic rolls and flips
  • jump sequences on the trampoline
  • climbing and swinging on the bars
  • jumps and balance moves on the beam
  • obstacle course challenges using a variety of mats
  • and more!
